Payment-card information is processed by our payment provider and is not stored by LRC & CO GROUP on this website.

Website Translation
Public website pages may offer optional automated translation through Google Translate. If you choose a translated public page, the public page URL and content may be processed by Google under Google's own terms and privacy practices. Automated translations may contain errors. Private client-account and case-tracking pages are not intentionally sent through this external website-translation feature.
Sensitive Documents
Do not send original identity documents, passwords, Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers or other highly sensitive information through a general website message unless our team specifically provides an appropriate method for the requested service.
Client Portal & Case Tracker
If you create an LRC Client Account or use My Cases, we may store account information, linked service requests, masked case identifiers and encrypted USCIS receipt numbers, NVC case numbers or EOIR A-Numbers needed to provide the portal and case-tracking features. We do not ask you to store CEAC invoice IDs in My Cases. Full case identifiers are not displayed on the client dashboard. Government case information remains subject to the applicable agency's systems, notices and privacy practices.
Retention
We may retain inquiry, client and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, business administration, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, fraud prevention and legal or regulatory obligations.
Your Choices
You may contact us to request that we correct or update information you have provided. Some records may need to be retained when required for legitimate business, legal, tax, compliance or transaction purposes.
No Sale of Personal Information
LRC & CO GROUP does not sell personal information submitted through our service forms.
